Anytime I have had a problem with my computers, it just takes one call, a brief description of my problem and I hear those words that bring peace of mind. “I can fix that.” And they do! What a find!  I was referred to Riddle Technologies years ago by a colleague. Upon my first meeting with Doug I instantly felt relaxed and confident that he would be able to not only fix my computer issues, but explain to me why it happened and how to try to prevent the issue from resurfacing. Having three kids using the same computer put a beating on our family computer. Between searching the internet, downloading pictures, songs and games, our computer became slow and had potential viruses … I was not in a position to replace the computer … this dinosaur needed a few more good years to make it through.
